Every HAWK cabinet is built in-house at the BSS workshop in Johannesburg — no resellers, no containers from overseas. This is the production line, stage by stage, with footage from the floor.

    Panels are cut to spec on the CNC before anything is assembled — the same cutting footage we use in the workshop is shown here.

    Structural reinforcement built into the enclosure.

    Bracing is routed and fitted inside the cabinet so the panels are reinforced before drivers go in.

BSS builds, repairs and rents sound systems from the Kine Centre, 141 Commissioner Street — blown drivers, faulty wiring, recone kits and full system repairs handled by workshop technicians. Bookings and turnaround confirmed case by case.
